Upon arriving we were greeted by Anthony Alfaro who answered all our questions and let me test drive what i wanted i did infact buy the car i had built and found on the internet . I went to Courtesy Chevrolet on a promotion for a car detail. Ryan Long displayed complete "Courtesy" with me. He was polite, professional and acted like I was his only customer, giving me 100% of his detail. Ryan Long displayed complete "Courtesy" with me. He was polite, professional and acted like I was his only customer, giving me 100% of his attention and patience both in person and on the phone. During the safety check, a couple items that warranted attention were discovered. Ryan phoned me, discussed them with me and I proceeded with some of that service. The car was ready when he said it would be and it was conveniently parked for me. In addition to the detail job making my car look almost brand new, the other work was done in a timely manner and at a competitive rate. Although the dealership is not convenient to where I live, I feel I have found a place that I can take my car and be confident that Ryan will make sure the car is properly repaired. He is a gentleman and definitely represents Courtesy Chevrolet in a very positive light. More
