I already knew the kind of car I wanted when my husband said he'd like to stop at Courtesy Chevrolet, and it wasn't a Chevy although we had been in the Chevy family for quite some time. So, I "humored" him said he'd like to stop at Courtesy Chevrolet, and it wasn't a Chevy although we had been in the Chevy family for quite some time. So, I "humored" him and we made the stop. James Balazs asked if he could assist us and I said, "No, thank you" hurrying into the showroom. He politely retreated as we rushed in only to come back out as quickly. We had stopped to see the Malibu and instead found the Cruze. What an incredible surprise we were in for! As we looked the black RST over I reminded myself that this was a Chevy and not the Mercedes I intended to buy. James was asked to explain a few questions and it's history from there. He knew everything there was to know about the car and with each explanation came our response of unbelief. We, after all, had only stopped in and were not intending to buy a car that day! If you knew my husband and me you would know that we don't regularly shop the way we did on the 8th of Jan. at Courtesy. However, James and his manager made this an effortless transaction with the utmost "courtesy" and we drove the car home less than 4 hours later from start to finish. We have NEVER experienced such plesantry purchasing a vehicle having always worked with a broker to avoid dealerships.
