The thought of not being able to buy the kind of vehicle I would like, because of my situation being a single mom with two daughters with only one income. I was in contact with Steve Rimer prior to stepping on the lot. Steve is an outstanding people person, he is very approachable, eager to answer any questions and concerns we had. He is a trustworthy young man (persons with his integrity are hard to find nowadays) who is honest hardworking and eager to please in a very positive way. As I am sure a lot of people feel, buying a car is about as pleasant as having a root canal done. Steve made the visit at the dealer ship worth while. Steve was assertive in his approach from our first conversation on the phone until the deal was finalized. He kept us updated on the status of the car and made sure it was on the lot when we arrived.
