I worked with Tim Jackson, he works in the service department. He is very friendly, works with my schedule, is quick and prompt to give me information on what is going on with my car. Me and my wife were shopping for a new used Impala (2007-08) I had done research and looked through the different dealers online. Courtesy had one of the cars I was interested in. I was in contact with Steve Rimer prior to stepping on the lot. Steve is an outstanding people person, he is very approachable, eager to answer any questions and concerns we had. He is a trustworthy young man (persons with his integrity are hard to find nowadays) who is honest hardworking and eager to please in a very positive way. As I am sure a lot of people feel, buying a car is about as pleasant as having a root canal done. Steve made the visit at the dealer ship worth while. Steve was assertive in his approach from our first conversation on the phone until the deal was finalized. He kept us updated on the status of the car and made sure it was on the lot when we arrived. The bottom line is the service Steve Rimer gave us was outstanding in every area. He was friendly, polite, courteous, funny, honest, knowledgeable and determined to do everything he could to make our experience a positive one. On the day, everybody was really nice and pleasant and I was introducted to the new chevy car. When it came time for my W resort pass, OH, they said, it will be emailed to you. That sounded fishy, AND SO IT WAS! I replyed, When, & the salesgirl said, as soon as I type it up today. WELL, IT'S BEEN 7 DAYS LATER WITH 4 EMAILS AS TO WHERE IT IS AND I PERSONALLY PHONED UP MYSELF AND GUESS WHAT,,,, NOTHING STILL,,,,,,,,STILL NO W RESORT COUPON THAT WAS PROMISED ON THE FIRST DAY. SO BEWARED WITH THIS COMPANY AND THERE ADVERTISEMENT FOR A TEST DRIVE. You get no replys, no responses back. Very dissapointed in this company. Sasha Michaels DAY 10 - UPDATE: After writing this letter, I DID then receive an email from the manager and later on (on day 10 of waiting)the W coupon. I'm sure this is a good company & the people are nice, I was just very frustrated that they told me that day I would receive my coupon that day, as soon as she typed it in the computer, and 10 days later, after 4 emails w/ no response back & a personal phone call to her w/no coupon still, I was VERY Frustrated with them. So, I am glad (after a complaint letter tho) I Finally did get the coupon for the test drive & wish in the future for people, THEY WILL JUST HAND THE COUPON/PROMOTION VOCHER IMMEDIATELY OVER TO PEOPLE THAT DO TEST DRIVES FOR A PROMOTION THEY ADVERTISE FOR, so nobody has to go thru this frustration! Tom kept me informed during the repair and it was ready when promised for a fair price. The second visit was for a complete detailing. Nick and Brian took special care with my vehicle and it came out looking like new, not ten years old. More

I went into this dealership not sure if I wanted to trade my 2007 Ford Taurus. I talked to James who was very professional and very nice and appeared to be very honest. I went to Courtesy Chevrolet because my 2007 Ford Taurus. I talked to James who was very professional and very nice and appeared to be very honest. I went to Courtesy Chevrolet because of convenience of location and even more importantly I knew they had been in business since I was a child. I knew that I was upside down in my loan on the Taurus and knew financing could be a problem because of some blemishes on the credit report. James was very nice and I talked to Justin who told me that he felt he could get me financing. I went with a deal with a new 2011 Impala. I was led to believe the financing was taken care of. About a week later I did not hear anything so stopped in the dealership and was told by Justin that everything was fine and the financing was approved. A few days later I received a call from Justin saying that the financing had not been approved and their were some issues. I went into the dealership and spoke with both George and Rick and learned that there was a possibility that we were not going to get the financing. I got really upset because I had been told the financing was approved. George and Rick went to work and really worked very hard to get this deal through. Just as I thought there was no deal, they got an approval from a loan company with actually lower payments than I originally had. It appeared to me that both of these guys went out of there way to get this resolved and I was impressed with the customer service I received. In retrospect, I do not believe that Justin deliberately misled me, I honestly believe that he did not read the entire loan approval from that originally came through. I truly believe this dealership is honest, customer service oriented and I absolutely would buy another from them. I expected problems with the financing when I bought the car but George and Rick were SUPER in attempting to get this resolved. James, the salesman was excellent, honest, and caring. I had an experience a few years back that was a nightmare with Midway Chevrolet and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I truly believe this agency is customer oriented and believe they went to extra mile to get this financing resolved. I believe that Justin is a really nice guy and his error was not intentional at all. I believe this is a great company to do business with. More
