The thought of not being able to buy the kind of vehicle I would like, because of my situation being a single mom with two daughters with only one income. I spoked with James Balazs who was the salesman that would be helping me. I found him to be friendly and courteous in a proffisonal manner. He really listen to what I had to say. He wasn't pushy or trying to force me into something I couldn't afford to make a bigger sale. I belived him to be a trustworthy and honest person who really does care about the customers needs. I recieved a call from James asking when I would be available to come and look at the car he had for me. On my way down to Courtesy Chevrolet I was not that excited knowing I would be paying for a car that only met my needs of income. As I arrived I was impressed to see James waiting for me. He introduced me to Ernesto who I found to be really nice in a proffesional manner. He also was involved in choosen the right vehicle for me. I thought it was nice of Ernesto to help with another co-worker such as with James to find the right car for me. I was speechless when I saw the vehicle. What was even better was Martha in Finance who I found really nice and explained all the detail in a good and proffesional manner. I thanked James for what he did for me. Not only did he choose the right car for me, he kepted it within my budget. That I was glad that he didn't rush me out the door to go to the next customer. What I did not expect him to say is that he prefer to see that his customer's are happy and satisfied when they leave so they will come back. I worked with Tim Jackson, he works in the service department. He is very friendly, works with my schedule, is quick and prompt to give me information on what is going on with my car. I was in contact with Steve Rimer prior to stepping on the lot. Steve is an outstanding people person, he is very approachable, eager to answer any questions and concerns we had. He is a trustworthy young man (persons with his integrity are hard to find nowadays) who is honest hardworking and eager to please in a very positive way. As I am sure a lot of people feel, buying a car is about as pleasant as having a root canal done. Steve made the visit at the dealer ship worth while. Steve was assertive in his approach from our first conversation on the phone until the deal was finalized. He kept us updated on the status of the car and made sure it was on the lot when we arrived. The bottom line is the service Steve Rimer gave us was outstanding in every area. He was friendly, polite, courteous, funny, honest, knowledgeable and determined to do everything he could to make our experience a positive one.
