I'm driving my second Silverado from Courtesy Chevrolet and have been their customer since 2004. I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience with ANY of the personnel at the dealership and for and have been their customer since 2004. I'll start with the service after the sale since that's what keeps me coming back. Anyone can luck out and get a good deal when making an initial purchase. If, however, you're not treated as a valued customer with honesty and respect AFTER the sale you have no reason to continue as a customer and you certainly wouldn't return for any additional purchases. Well, Tim Jackson is my service adviser and he really takes care of me. I trust him (which is a really big deal) and respect his opinion. Today I was in for a GM Safety Recall and Tim had me in and out in less than an hour. Tim's not the only good service adviser but I've got to think he's one of the best. He even assisted me in the purchase of my truck. Speaking of which, Mike Strickland bent over backwards to get the right truck and the right deal for me. I couldn't be happier with Courtesy Chevrolet and plan to be their customer for all my future vehicle needs. More
I purchased a 2010 Equinox from Courtesy Chevrolet. The total buying experience was so easy. Hey just bought a brand new 2009 Chevy Trailblazer. What a great experience!! I had a bankruptcy a little over 2 years ago and have been working really hard to re-establish my credit. Courtesy Chevrolet w a great experience!! I had a bankruptcy a little over 2 years ago and have been working really hard to re-establish my credit. Courtesy Chevrolet was able to not only able to get me financed but they got me financed a low rate too!! My purchase comes with free oil changes and tire rotations for the life of the factory warranty. Everyone I worked with was up front, honest, easy to approach and eager to help. Purchased my 3rd vehicle from Jerry A!(the first 2 at the now closed Courtesy on Bell)and this last one on Camelback. As usual, Jerry was fantastic as was everyone I encountered. Not only was my 08 Sierra a now closed Courtesy on Bell)and this last one on Camelback. As usual, Jerry was fantastic as was everyone I encountered. Not only was my 08 Sierra already cleaned up and ready for me, Jerry already had the loan approved (not easy considering my credit situation) and the paper work ready for me to read and sign. Total time at dealership: 1 hour! My time is valuable, and Jerry is extremely efficient, minimizing my time at the dealership.
