After dealing with Tim John for about a week, I finally went to see him about the car I was interested in. I arrived about an hour early, but he was kind, courteous, and professional. I’d also like to give a shout-out to Christ Agnos in finance - he knew I was getting restless with being there (4 hours before all was said and done), but he made the finance and signature process easy with his professionalism and courtesy. Jessica Ogunjobi was also a pleasure to work with, also professional and courteous, who told me all about the surveys coming and that the dealer would do what they needed to ensure I was completely satisfied.
