The atmosphere of the dealership is very positive, everyone welcoming. I felt like everything to beginning to end went quickly. I was impressed with my sale person Tim John. He was very flexible with his time, even though we had to cancel on him. He didn't pressure us, but when our vehicle started giving us problems, that's when we thought about Tim John. Surprisingly he was still working at the dealership. We took our vehicle in and ended up leaving with a brand spanking new vehicle. They even paid off our trade in.
