Truly the most helpful car dealership I have ever visited! I had purchased a vehicle a few years ago, right across the street from a wonderful dealership called Courtesy Chevrolet. They are wonderful because I had purchased a vehicle a few years ago, right across the street from a wonderful dealership called Courtesy Chevrolet. They are wonderful because the dealership I had purchased my SUV from had sold me an extended warranty which was suppose to be in effect until December of 2015. Right now as I am writing this ---it is only October of 2014. My air conditioner fan was not working and it was over 100 degrees and I was told to wait a few days until my paperwork could be pulled--to maybe rectify this warranty issue. I had driven my dad's old Chevy truck down that day--and after leaving the dealership where I purchased my Ford vehicle---I went across the street with my dad's old Chevy truck for a vehicle inspection and some ac repairs. I had some appointments that day--so the Chevy service advisor allowed me to use a new Chevy demo model until my dad's truck was inspected /repaired--------not the dealer from whom I purchased myFord vehicle with the extended warranty!!!! I intend to tell everyone about this! More
