Hi. I was suppose to have had a tire rotation and a tire fix because I got a picture sent to me while I was sitting in the service center last week may t I was suppose to have had a tire rotation and a tire fix because I got a picture sent to me while I was sitting in the service center last week may that I had a nail in my tire and it needed to be fixed. They supposedly had. Fixed it but today the tire pressure is back at 26 psi and that’s the same exact time that was having problems before I came to appointment “what the odds I was suppose to get a rotation and the same tire on the front right is still giving problems lol” so are they evening doing the job like they say they do on receipt “or they integrity is horrible and just saying it” that would not be good at all. Hope that’s not the case….I scheduled an appointment again for 5/29 to get fixed and at this point please just ORDER A NEW TIRE. It’s in my warranty and I full cover gate package on oil, tire and etc. It’s my wife’s truck for 2/14 gift, so hopefully they care enough to want the WOMAN to be safe like they would want there wife or girlfriend. My new car got a check engine light, took to service center, they got on it right a way, it needed a part that was on back ordered, they went above and beyond and called around and found the part in one center, they got on it right a way, it needed a part that was on back ordered, they went above and beyond and called around and found the part in one day ,the only part in Arizona. Keep me informed the hole time and gave me a ride to the car rental place. Courtesy Chevrolet Service is the best around. Thank you More

After couple months, my suburban start to get some issues in different ways. Gasoline pump fail. Some technical issues in sound system, and more. Las time when I’d bring my suburban to dealer to fix all the issues, was so hard to get a rental as warranty included. Then, I was not get a good customer service. My vehicle was not repair completly. I’ll be back to finish it. Spending time was so hard for me, because I have a business, can not leave my business often alone. Then, that vehicle have a lot of issues from factory. I’ll go for Lemon Claim. More
