For years our family has purchased here but I’ve stopped recommending them after our most recent purchase. Three different times I’ve made the drive down and ultimately been turned away when I had scheduled an appointment for service. The features my vehicle should have won’t work because they won’t service it, they don’t offer loaners at this time but expect your vehicle to stay minimum of 2 days due to service delays (and a whole list of other excuses) and up to 2 weeks. I’ve spoken with the customer service manager and have a request to speak to some one above her because her excuse was ultimately that she couldn’t find all our phone calls in her logs and the one she did find where we scheduled service they didn’t expect us to need our car back the next day so it was OUR FAULT they decided to only do an oil change and not do a diagnostic check. It’s incredibly sad how downhill this dealership has gone and continues to go but according to the manager Samantha ALL GM dealerships are like this now because of delays, limited technicians and chip issues. Not sure how true that is though because they basically tried saying we lied until we proved them wrong with call logs then they finally admit they did have a call record but only found ONE and again it was our fault we didn’t explain they couldn’t keep the car multiples days for a check up. Still waiting on a call back from someone who can actual do something there so we’ll see how that goes! More

I never really got an answer to my questions about how my lost 1/2 tank of gas and how my oil gage with from a 100% to 94%. Unfortunately, I have had to do business with Courtesy because my car guy uses them for more difficult jobs. They put a new engine in my car and after being stranded last August on a 110 degree day with m because my car guy uses them for more difficult jobs. They put a new engine in my car and after being stranded last August on a 110 degree day with my 11 month old son at the time, they were made very aware that I have a child and I cannot be stranded with my son again. Fast forward, finally get the car back in December of last year and everything was fine until a month ago when my car started to run hot and it was taken back to my car guy, which was then taken back to Courtesy due to the engine being under warranty and needing to be taken care of through a Chevy dealer. Here we are a month later and my car is still not fixed and they are now “washing their hands clean” of the car. It’s amazing how for 3 days in a row the car was running hot and when it got to them they supposedly couldn’t get it to run hot, when they said they were driving it every day, so they returned it to my car guy who has been driving it to figure out why it’s not showing it’s running hot anymore, but yet the engine is extremely hot. My sons car seat is still in the car, so it is very apparent that a child is driven around in that vehicle and it is absolutely unacceptable that they think returning a car with as big of a problem as that is acceptable and that they do not have to fix/complete the job they did when putting the engine in. I would never recommend anyone use this dealership/service center, they do not care about your safety or the safety of anyone else that is in the vehicle with you. **Update** Drove my car last Monday night (haven’t been driving it due to the excessive heat..how convenient not being able to use my car 🙄) anyway, drove it to drop my son off, to work, to pick him up and home...roughly 80 miles rountrip, also drove it to get dinner for us with my son in the car and low and behold it got so hot and almost stalled out on me at 8 at night, during a monsoon storm. Thanks courtesy, for your really crappy customer service and refusing to admit you guys put a faulty thermostat in my vehicle. You guys are the only ones that have done work on my car and your paperwork shows you replaced the thermostat and every machine that has been used to figure out why my car has been overheating has shown it’s the thermostat and only the thermostat. This is now the second commenting regarding this problem. More
