Good service and met all of my expectations Showed up without an appointment Wednesday to have my tail light bulb replaced on my 2012 Chevy Camaro convertible. Erik was "Johnny on the Spot" for me and was able to get me in and taken care off in about an hour. The price was right as well, and now the annoying "check left turn signal lamp" warning is gone. Veteran's Friday service I've been going to Courtesy Chevrolet for their free service for veterans on Fridays since my second service and have highly recommended them to every I've been going to Courtesy Chevrolet for their free service for veterans on Fridays since my second service and have highly recommended them to everyone I know. From the initial greeting, full of smiles, all the way through picking up my vehicle and driving out of the service center I felt valued and satisfied. Brenden was up front and honest with me, answering all my questions and even discouraging me from purchasing an additional front-end alignment check explaining he "would never try to sell something that wasn't necessary" which really impressed me. He even went so far as to explain why this additional check wasn't necessary and what to look out for in the future that would warrant a check. Everyone I had any interaction with was friendly and courteous, the service center was immaculate, and I'll continue making Friday service appointments with Courtesy as well as recommending them to anyone I run across. I really value and appreciate the printed materials they provide following service, they are completely transparent in what they do, what they've done, and what to expect or prepare for next.
