The Comercial Truck Service Department is Great. I own a 2004 Tahoe. I originally purchased it from Lou Grubb Chevrolet. When that dealership was sold I started having it serviced with The Comercia I own a 2004 Tahoe. I originally purchased it from Lou Grubb Chevrolet. When that dealership was sold I started having it serviced with The Comercial Truck Department of Courtesy Chevrolet. For probably the last 10 years I worked exclusively with Thomas Flanigan. I’m currently 74 years old and now still own 8 different vehicles. Tom is undoubtedly one of the best service representative i’ve Ever worked with. When the vehicle needs servicing I take it in and talk to Tom. I tell him what I know needs work and ask him to review the service records of the vehicle and have it completely inspected. Once that’s done I ask him to call me as to what other work he would recommend as well as the estimated cost of such additional work. I know vehicles very well. I would say that over the years I have always known that Tom’s recommendations are always well thought out and mindful of the expenses. I also appreciated his letting me know that now Courtsey would cover the cost of an UBER ride not only taking me home but also getting me from my home back to the Service Department when it’s ready to pick up. Also the work has always been completed in the time period it was promised. I wish all service departments were this easy to work with! More

Worst Service I had initially taken my car to get an oil and water leak fixed (which I had to take a whole day off work to get done). So I expected it to get fixed I had initially taken my car to get an oil and water leak fixed (which I had to take a whole day off work to get done). So I expected it to get fixed but sadly the issue was not fixed. My car kept over heating and leaking. Unfortunately my job did not allow me to get another day off work until a month later which by this point unfortunately the warranty expired. As a customer from this dealership I expected them to be sympathetic and at least take ownership and fix it since it was not fixed initially. They are now using the excused the warranty has expired but it was not fixed from the get go. Mike was very rude and dry and basically said its wasn't his fault and I need to pay to get it fixed. This has to be worst service I have received. I will make my family (which we have bought several cars from this dealership) to never shop here again. More

This time Karen initiated our service drop off and she was very friendly and courteous, Jesse was our service advisor and he was very courteous and really took care of my needs to have my vehicle ready on time.
