And Robert Montano is knowledgable and courteous also. Makes me certain that whatever this issue is with our car I will be taken care of with n worries. More

AWESOME SERVICE COVER PANEL FOR SEAT CONTROLS ON DRIVER'S SIDE WAS BROKEN. CALLED AND SPOKE TO CURT WHO ADVISED THE PART WAS IN-STOCK AND COULD SCHEDULE AN APPOINTME COVER PANEL FOR SEAT CONTROLS ON DRIVER'S SIDE WAS BROKEN. CALLED AND SPOKE TO CURT WHO ADVISED THE PART WAS IN-STOCK AND COULD SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT RIGHT AWAY. SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT DAY AND REQUESTED A CAR TO USE WHILE MINE WAS BEING REPAIRED. TOOK CAR IN THE FOLLOWING DAY AND AS PROMISED BY CURT HE HAD A CAR READY FOR ME USE. WORKED COMPLETED IN ONE DAY AND PRICE WAS ACTUALLY LOWER THAT WHAT WAS QUOTED. AWESOME SERVICE FROM BOTH CURT AND CAROL WHO HANDLED THE RENTAL OF THE REPLACEMENT CAR. More
Changed my mind. I wrote a review yesterday because despite having to spend three hours in the waiting room, Robert was very helpful and friendly. I thought perhaps the new batteries in our keyfobs just needed "time to be seated" as I was told. Yesterday the keyfobs seemed to work. This morning after taking my husband to his conference my keyfob won't work at all. Soooooooo frustrated. I called my Chevrolet Service Manager at home and discussed the problem with him. He tells me there is are several reasons why the keyfobs may not be working--that don't have anything to do with the keyfobs. The Camaro needs to be attached to the computer and analyzed. Chances are the problem has nothing to do with the keyfobs, probably something on the car itself. He told me how to work around not having our keyfobs to work with and I have an appointment with him the day after we get home. So, should have called him yesterday like I thought I should--totally wasted morning yesterday. More

Upset and lied to Took my suv for an oil change found out it needed more work done. Work turned out to be more than I could afford. So Phil said he would work with me I Took my suv for an oil change found out it needed more work done. Work turned out to be more than I could afford. So Phil said he would work with me I had issue with rear axles. He suggested they both be done because the right side would eventually have issues. I drooped off the car Wednesday he offered to get me in a loaner since the entire job would be about $2997 + tax which included front left engine mount also. Thursday he returns my call late afternoon after leaving several messages. He ends up telling me they can get all the work done for $2800. So I give him the go ahead. So I go to pick it up he said he would meet me at the register to go over it, He never came over so I left. I get home and go over the paper work come to fine out not all the work got done mount was not replaced and only one booster was replaced. I'm very upset only $200 was taken off but $800 worth of work was not done. That doesn't make any sense. I called him and he still hasn't returned my call. VERY UPSETTING!! More

Excellent Customer Service and Professionalism I have had to take my 2014 Silverado in on several occasions due to warranty and manufacturer issues (truck of the year, right?).
