SERVICE DEPARTMENT Wonderful, friendly and courteous service. Wasn't sure exactly what was going on if it had to do with my transmission or something else. Called to set up appointment on a Friday and was able to get in the following Monday and have a car to use ready for me as well. Immediately upon arrival, car was taken to determine issue and before I made it back home received a call for my service representative Curt Petri advising me that they had determined the problem and were already working on it. The problem was a broken motor mount. Once that was completed they also ran additional tests to determine that nothing else was wrong. Had my car back the next day which had also been washed and vacuumed as requested. Nancy was wonderful with providing me with a car to use and Curt was awesome in handling the resolution in a timely manner. More

Robert has a way with people that not only makes you feel like you're the number one priority but you know the work will be timely and done right. The service was completed quickly, my truck was washed and delivered to me in perfect condition. My wait was pleasant and the latte was superb. I recommend Courtesy Chevrolet every chance I get for both sales and service. Now if you all can get Colorado branded stuff in your Pro Shop! I need a cap! LOL More
