I’ve worked for a dealer as a lube tech and a line tech, and I know it doesn’t take 2hrs and 30 mins to do an oil change. I did just receive my summary and added services recommended, and then it told me that my truck would be ready by 12:30. So if that’s true I will be waiting here for 4 hours and 30 mins for a 20 min oil change. Service advisor was great though, technician doing the services? Nah, 0/100 More
