I was in the market for a new jeep wrangler sport and had done a lot of research on the internet trying to find a dealer with a good inventory so I could view and drive one before I purchased. Since Superstition Springs Chrysler Jeep Dodge was close to my home I went there one day to view and drive a new 2012 jeep wrangler. I was not ready to purchase yet because I hadn't sold my 2002 wrangler. I happened to talk to Charlie Bennett and he spent about an hour with me viewing what they had on the lot and explaining the various options on the new jeeps. Absolutely no pressure to buy and he even gave me a tentative price on what discount I could expect on a jeep with the options I reequired. About a week later my jeep sold and I was ready to purchase, so I went back to see Charlie. He had a jeep exactly with the options I wanted. He presented me with a no hassle price which was very fair. I took the offer and must admit that this was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had in my life. Because of past experiences with salespersons, I was dreading dealing for a new vehicle. After the sale I wanted the factory steps which didn't come on my jeep and was going to purchase them and install them on my jeep myself, but Charlie got me a great discount on these steps with the service department so I purchased the steps at the dealership and had them installed. My wife and I had been to three dealerships today. At each place, the staff seemed to be either disinterested in selling a vehicle to people who could obviously purchase, and were willing to buy IF the d each place, the staff seemed to be either disinterested in selling a vehicle to people who could obviously purchase, and were willing to buy IF the deal was right on the vehicle we wanted. We went to Superstition Springs Chrysler - Jeep - Dodge. The attitude was totally different. We were greeted with zero pressure, and all our questions were answered. We then met Charlie Bennet...GREAT GUY! He knew his inventory and actually litened to what WE wanted and found the perfect truck. It was still out back being detailed, but Charlie knew his stock well enough to know that he had it, and that it was what WE wanted based upon what we told him. There was no running back and forth or "Oh by the way..." tactics. Charlie was honest, straight forward, and HE sold himself and the dealership. I'd buy another vehicle from Charlie ANYTIME, and I reccomend him VERY VERY highly to ANYONE in the market for a new or used car or truck. In fact...if you're in the market....GO SEE CHARLIE BENNET! My husband and I left our house with the intention of going to a different Dodge dealer across town to buy him a new Dodge truck. The only reason our original intent was not to go to Superstition Springs going to a different Dodge dealer across town to buy him a new Dodge truck. The only reason our original intent was not to go to Superstition Springs Dodge, which is closer to our house, was because at that time there were no reviews listed on their site! But my husband followed a hunch to first stop at Superstition Springs dealership. We are SO glad we did!! Our experience with Charlie as our salesman was completely opposite of my expectation and my past experiences with car shopping!! No pressure! No gimmicks! He listened to our ideas and our budget plan. He gave us just enough information about the vehicles to educate us but not try to convince us to go for more than we wanted to spend. The best part was there just wasn't any of the going back and fourth negotiating the final price. Charlie made that part of the purchase absolutely seamless. My husband and I kept saying to each other, "This is too easy!" "This is too good to be true!" We walked out that day with not only a new Dodge Ram truck but Charlie gave us a deal we could not refuse on a new Dodge Avenger as well for me!! We love our new vehicles. I stopped by this dealership to check out a used Tahoe I had seen on the internet. I had the good fortune of stumbling across Charlie Bennett. Charlie was the complete antithesis of what I was expecting. He was friendly, helpful, informative and presented no sales pressure what so ever. It felt as if Charlie was more of a consultant than a salesperson. This was a very refreshing experience for me. Charlie and I smoothly negotiated a price in a very up front and practical manner with no games and a little over an hour later I was driving off the lot in my new Tahoe. I looked at 5 others dealers over a few week period. I stumbled into this dealership almost by mistake as I was not planning on buying a Dodge. They worked out the numbers I was comfortable with without the back and forth games that I was getting from other dealers. The day I took delivery on my Challenger they even feed me lunch while they detailed my car. I was 100% comfortable purchasing from this dealer. It was the dealership across the street that frustrated me so much I came to Dodge. Lol. I would recommend them to any of my friends and have. Even there service dept has been good. I have my own personal consultant that takes care of me and the car. I plan on buying another vehicle in the short future and this will be my first stop. More
