Their service department is a joke. My advisor Steven Tapia never returns your calls. I had my truck in there shop in early March to fix the radio that was frozen by a software update. I dropped it off and was called the next day to pick it up. A radio had to be ordered and I was told it would take about two or three weeks. I called back after two weeks and was told no news and no ETA. Another week or two went by and no radio or updates from Steven. After a month I called the parts department to see when my radio would be in. The parts guy checked and told me I needed to talk to Steven. I took that as my radio was never ordered. I finally got a hold of Steven and he said my radio was in, so I made an appointment the next day and dropped the truck off. I got a call from Steven later that day and he told me the radio was sent back because it sat there for 30 days. He also said he physically saw the radio when he called me to come in for the install. I don't believe him. The radio was reordered and I was told it would arrive in two weeks. After two weeks, I called the parts department and was told the radio order was canceled by the supplier. I then called the service manager and left him a message. I never heard back from him either. I called Chrysler customer care and they got involved and could not reach anyone. I then made an appointment with Chapman Dodge and got the radio in two weeks and the service completed. Stay away from Courtesy they are worthless and liars. Since May 2nd to June never got any calls or updates from Steven, the service manager. Thisp lace has the worst customer service. The owner or general manager needs to clean house. I will never go there again for service or to buy a vehicle. More
Terrible experience. Purchased 2 vehicles (one new, one used) on the same day. After 6 hours of paperwork found out that they sold us an extended warranty that was less comprehensive than the current manu used) on the same day. After 6 hours of paperwork found out that they sold us an extended warranty that was less comprehensive than the current manufacturers warranty. They charged additional fees that were "included in the price" but were not completed. We were told that several items were "given" to us, only to find out that we paid extra for them. The extended warranty, tire care, and service plan were all over sold and do not cover most of the things that we were told they covered. All in all, on 2, 40k+ purchases, they over charged, misled, over promised, or outright lied about $9,300 PER VEHICLE. They are the most misleading car company that I have ever dealt with. Even the service department is pretty terrible. Brought one vehicle in to repair a chip in the window and it was a terrible job. The chip is worse now than before. Brought the other vehicle in for an oil change and 10k mile service, and now there is a burning smell that coming from somewhere, that they cannot find. I am glad other people have had great experiences with this company, but ours has been an absolute nightmare. The only good thing I will say is that the salesman that we worked with was very nice. No pressure, let us test drive whatever we wanted and helped find cars that fit our needs......and then it all went down hill from there.... More
