I have a 2021 Jeep Gladiator rebuild project, and Doyle has been at the center of helping me get this back on the road. I could not have asked for a better service manager or person in general to help out. has been at the center of helping me get this back on the road. I could not have asked for a better service manager or person in general to help out. He has bent over backwards finding parts and providing service, I would otherwise be stuck in limbo trying to do myself. I honestly would not take my vehicle to anyone else after meeting Doyle. More
I dropped my Jeep off for a diagnostic, and it took six days for them to tell me what was wrong with it. I had to call them myself just to get an update — there was no proactive communication at all. When days for them to tell me what was wrong with it. I had to call them myself just to get an update — there was no proactive communication at all. When I finally received the diagnosis, I was told it would cost $11,000 to fix a vehicle that isn’t even worth $8,000. It simply does not make financial sense to repair a car for more than its value. Instead of offering practical alternatives or showing any willingness to help explore options, I was told that “some people think it’s better to fix a car than take out a loan for a new one.” That response was extremely frustrating, especially considering that most people would still need financing to cover an $11,000 repair. It felt dismissive and completely lacking in customer care. What makes this worse is that Jeep/Chrysler vehicles are known to have certain recurring issues. When problems are common, dealerships should be prepared to handle them efficiently and communicate clearly — not leave customers waiting nearly a week for basic diagnostic information. Customer service matters. Clear communication matters. Understanding customers’ financial realities matters. Unfortunately, none of that was reflected in my experience. I would strongly encourage anyone considering service here to be prepared for delays and very high repair estimates. More
