I bought my vehicle from COURTSY Dodge in 2020 and from the beginning they are the best service in all areas! Everyone treats you even if they aren’t working with you. They make you feel welcome. Horrible communication! In the past they haven’t even called me to tell me my car is ready. This past time they didn’t inform me how long it would take for my car to be look In the past they haven’t even called me to tell me my car is ready. This past time they didn’t inform me how long it would take for my car to be looked at until I was there to drop it off. Then they told me it might not be done before the weekend so I would be without a car for at least 4 days (it was Thursday when I Went to drop off). How is someone supposed to go in and have no expectation of a car and be able to go a weekend without?? Then I spoke to the manager about how upset I was and he was useless. Didn’t even understand the issue and then when I repeated it for the 4th time he finally understood and didn’t offer anything other than “I’ll see IF they didn’t provide you with the info”. IF?? Are you serious?? I’m telling you they didn’t. Learn some basic customer service. I called a new dealership and they told me right away the time expectancy on the phone when I went to make the apt!!! Also when I dropped it off they were way more friendly and informative. More
Had an Appointment for Wednesday 7:30am, left truck. Called next day and was told they were working on it. Called Friday, was told diagnostics not even started. Not in AC office next to window it arrived at. Not Good! More
I have been using this dealership for a number of years - I own a 2016 Town & Country and always have courteous service from all of the 'Service Advisors' and helpers. Aaron apologized for them being so busy and needing to keep the vehicle overnight, but assured me, it would be ready the next morning. It was an air-conditioning problem! Aaron Zeno, my service advisor was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. My Chrysler Pacifica had a software recall which was fixed. My auxiliary battery was not charging. He was able to find knowledgeable, and efficient. My Chrysler Pacifica had a software recall which was fixed. My auxiliary battery was not charging. He was able to find the warranty information on it and had it replaced at no charge to me. He definitely went above and beyond my expectations. I would unequivocally recommend Aaron.
