I've been to many dealerships and some of the service departments are a mess. Always very busy and long wait times, but let me tell ya, these gentlemen are helpful. I have a Dodge and I needed a part instead of ordering it online I tried this dealership and am glad I did. I would definitely recommend Courtesy Chrysler Dodge. I was looking for weeks and finally decided to go test drive. Well I arrived about 715 and they close at 8 so I felt pretty crummy, thinking I was ho I was looking for weeks and finally decided to go test drive. Well I arrived about 715 and they close at 8 so I felt pretty crummy, thinking I was holding up this team from going home on time. But everyone patient and my sales person Olivia took the time to bring me a couple of different trucks to drive and look over. I did end up holding a small team there until about 915 but not once did anyone look inconvenienced nor unhappy to be helping me out. I appreciate the courtesy team and would buy a vehicle from them again. More
