When you arrived for your 8:40am appointment, your advisor was finishing with a prior guest, and while other advisors were assisting their own scheduled customers, you were waiting specifically for yours. I can see how that may have felt confusing. When your prepaid maintenance was reviewed and found to be expired, you were directed to Finance to renew it. Unfortunately, additional information was needed to complete that process, which added to the frustration and led to your decision to leave. Our Service Manager, Angie, has since spoken with you directly and provided information regarding the TCA prepaid maintenance program, along with a complimentary oil change coupon. It gets better. They were charging me 1400 bucks then they changed their invoice to 2200 bucks then the mf calls me at 7:09 after hours. Say my truck is ready for pick up. This dealership needs some real help. I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody.

Let’s not forget the first two weeks I paid $391 for two weeks that means almost $800 in a rental car so you tell me it’s $3000 for a spark plug. Something needs to change with this place.

I'd like to clarify that when your vehicle was with us, our team inspected the Uconnect system and confirmed that the radio software currently installed is the most up-to-date version available from Stellantis for your vehicle. While there may be map-related updates available directly through Uconnect for purchase, there were no additional software updates we were able to install at the dealership. Regarding the flashing odometer concern, our technicians identified that multiple modules were offline, which required additional diagnostic time to properly evaluate. The recommended repairs were discussed at that time, and you elected to take the vehicle without moving forward.
