Sam Asman has yet to respond or reply since 6/9/26. Neither has Mike Rago or Angie, the Service Managers. This dealership has the absolute worst service department I've ever had the displeasure of using. I will never purchase another vehicle from Courtesy CJDR in Tampa!!! No one will answer the phone except one guy named Michael. When placed on hold no one else picks the line up. Earl does not return phone calls or text messages. Matt does not return phone calls or texts. If either do, it's definitely not a reasonable amount of time. When at the service department, everyone runs around like chickens without heads in total disarray and confusion. Getting acknowledged is absolutely not a priority. Communication is non-existent and sparse at best. I have spoken to both managers about my problems to no avail. Mike Rago spoke to me briefly; however, no resolution was achieved and now I've been continuously ignored. Angie won't even return my calls. This visit was ridiculous. My truck was towed due to a breakdown and it sat on property for 6 days without anyone touching it. I called dozens of times trying to just talk to someone to explain why my vehicle ended up there. No luck. I finally started posting bad reviews online and Mike Rago contacted me to stop the bleeding. I also received a message from Sam Asman in response to my scathing online review but again, no attempt to resolve my issues. On day 6, someone finally discovered my truck needed a specialty part that needed to be ordered. It took like 10 days for a hose. This is my only vehicle and I'm a father of 6 children. Everyone was so apologetic (sarcasm) yet denied my request for a loan vehicle to function as a father of a large family. I was told that if they had actually handled the situation properly, I would have had my truck back in 3 days. I had to acquire another vehicle on my own. Additionally, I have a documented history of the service department destroying my aftermarket wheels and my constant request to have them fixed. Every time is have my wheels and tires rotated or the tires replaced, the damage continues to get worse. I was told to just show up on a Wednesday morning and look for a guy in a white mercedes and have him fix them. I refuse to operate that way. After a year of complaints I wanted proof that an appointment with a wheel repair guy was set. Matt set that up and I showed up at 8am as agreed upon. I sat there until about 1:30pm before being told he was a no-show because he chose to do a private wheel repair at someone else's residence. I asked about 6 times, what the status was and every time was told "haven't heard nothing, just keep checking the front of the parking lot for a white mercedes". I finally told Matt that I can't stay any longer. So I requested to be taken to work. I left my vehicle. Upon returning, following the completion of the repair, it was obvious that an amateur spray painter had screwed up my rims. He did fix some of the damaged areas that were damaged from impact guns and tire removal equipment but some was missed. The paint used was a cheap spray paint that was a completely different color and finish. My wheels are high gloss anthracite and his paint was a metallic grey matte, which has already begun to chip off. This will not go away until my wheels are repaired, repainted, and clear coated by a professional. My wheels are Niche Vosso M204220575+40. They are 22x10.5 and cost was $2400.00 retail for 4. After taxes and shipping they were a little over $2700.00. I want a resolution for this.

It gets better. They were charging me 1400 bucks then they changed their invoice to 2200 bucks then the mf calls me at 7:09 after hours. Say my truck is ready for pick up. This dealership needs some real help. I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody.

Let’s not forget the first two weeks I paid $391 for two weeks that means almost $800 in a rental car so you tell me it’s $3000 for a spark plug. Something needs to change with this place.

I'd like to clarify that when your vehicle was with us, our team inspected the Uconnect system and confirmed that the radio software currently installed is the most up-to-date version available from Stellantis for your vehicle. While there may be map-related updates available directly through Uconnect for purchase, there were no additional software updates we were able to install at the dealership. Regarding the flashing odometer concern, our technicians identified that multiple modules were offline, which required additional diagnostic time to properly evaluate. The recommended repairs were discussed at that time, and you elected to take the vehicle without moving forward.
