I brought my car back in for the same issue I had few months ago and even though they replaced wires from the panel they come back and tell me the panel needs replacing. I got a 2nd and 3rd opinion and b months ago and even though they replaced wires from the panel they come back and tell me the panel needs replacing. I got a 2nd and 3rd opinion and both licensed mechanic shops told me it had nothing to do with the panel. Dealer also deleted the codes that were pulling up on my dash. Ridiculous and don’t buy into what they always say. The reason why getting parts replaced is because they are Mercedes parts. Sad how I had to come back for same issue and dealer tried to rip me off. Service advisor Desiree is a joke. The tow truck driver even said she couldn’t find my car. And not to panic. Like really. More

I own two Chrysler a 300 and a 200 I came in for service wanted just a tuneup, but they found many things wrong with the car and said they couldn’t do a tuneup because I had a valve cover gasket leak. I kne wanted just a tuneup, but they found many things wrong with the car and said they couldn’t do a tuneup because I had a valve cover gasket leak. I knew that it was just a spark plugs that needed to be changed so I refuse to have them work on the car. I brought the car home to change the spark plugs and noticed it was oil in my valve cover gasket and I checked it, and I opened up the spark plugs change the spark plugs no oil leak so somebody intentionally pour oil on to prove a point that I needed the oil changed along with the valve cover gasket with many other problems that was said to be wrong with my car it’s been a month now my car runs good. Did not need an all covered gasket so I refuse to own any of the Chrysler anymore. I’m getting rid of them and will not be doing business with Chrysler anymore because it cost me $280 for nothing just a diagnose More
