Drove it and they told me what they would trade in my van for. Went home and "slept on it." Called Bob the next day and told him I would take it. He was very professional and friendly. I usually do not like dealing with car salesmen because they can be very persistant. I did not feel pressured with Bob. So, overall, I had a good experience. More

We found Matt to be very experienced and knowledgable--he has sold cars for Courtesy now for 15 years. We also found him to be very educational, thorough, and tireless! His immediate mission was to find us a later-version used minivan that would satisfy two "fussy and picky" buyers who also happen to be sales people as well. Price was the biggest factor in our decision, as we already had one car payment to make, but we got a good trade-in on our Neon for the van, and the features available were very good for the price we paid. Linda was very aware of our needs, as she brought the van up for a test-drive and made sure the air conditioning was running for a while before we went out, as it was a hot day and my wife is pregnant.
