The worst car buying experience I have ever been part of. Whoever owns this dealership needs to clean house and hold an ethics class. I purchased a car from these guys and before the sale, Dexter told me Whoever owns this dealership needs to clean house and hold an ethics class. I purchased a car from these guys and before the sale, Dexter told me that the car had a clean car fax and had never had any paint work abd that it had no issues and had just had a 100 point inspection and all fluids had been changed and that the car had no issues. When I got to the dealership I discovered that the entire side of the car had damage and had been repainted with over spray all over the side of the car. They were aware of this and the fax that the previous owner who owns a auto repair facility, repaired the car and never reported it to carfax. The dash was lit up with warning lights and they said they just replaced a tire sensor and that is why the lights were on. Truth is, they never did anything except change the oil. After the sale, the service Manager Steve was the only honest person in that dealership stated, that he told the sales department that the car was not ready to be sold and that there were several issues with the car. He said a 100 point inspection never happened and all of the fluids were not changed. He also stated, that the Sales manager stated, that they had a buyer and needed to move the car so just clean it up and get it out and they were going to just try to get the lights to turn off. The car had to go straight to the dealer and they gave an estimate of $6900 to repair all of the issues. For a week, we tried to get ahold of anyone and no one will call you back. Please go somewhere else, do not buy a car from these dishonest people. A formal complaint is being filed with the Georgia Attorney General and with Ford motor company. This all could have been avoided by the sales manager Javada, doing the right thing before the sale and repairing issues when told and training his salesman to tell the truth. Very dishonest people. I sold a classic Mustang I had I have tried several times to write a review on dealer rater and for some reason the system will not allow access. I sold a classic Mustang I had for almost 40 years and replaced it with a new one. I live in the Nashville area and my wife found my replacement at Courtesy Ford just outside of Atlanta. I negotiated the purchase over the phone with Thomas who is not a typical car salesman. He listened, was attentive, and refreshingly communicative and responsive. By the end of the week my wife and I traveled down and made the purchase. In person Thomas was on time and took his time. I met other associates who were engaging and seemed to enjoy their profession. The payment aspect was seamless and there was no push to oversell unnecessary products. My wife and I left happy with a beautiful new Mustang GT Premium convertible. That evening, we noticed some damage with the wheels and the mirror and contacted Thomas. Thomas made it clear that he would resolve all issues. He initially attempted to deal with a local Ford dealer to resolve but they were unresponsive. Thomas proactively sent a driver, Marsha who was wonderful, with a brand new Bronco for me to use while Courtesy completely resolved the issues. After about 10 days Marsha returned my Mustang and a new journey is underway. Thomas and the team set the standard for customer service. They could have stood idly by but took the right path.
