Courtesy Ford makes buying a vehicle exciting and easy! Cary hooked me up with his #1 salesman on the floor, Courtland Bullard. Courtland and I discussed what I was in the market to buy and within 24 hours Cary hooked me up with his #1 salesman on the floor, Courtland Bullard. Courtland and I discussed what I was in the market to buy and within 24 hours Courtland was sending me photos of exactly what I was looking for. I made the trip to the dealership to look it over in person and shortly after the test drive, Courtland and I shook hands and made the deal. Off to the accessories department where Mary Massara does what she does best! Mary and I discussed what extras I wanted to add on my new truck and without hesitation, she put her techs to work. The finance manager John, was a pleasure to work with as well. John answered every question I had and at the end of the day sealed the deal. I will definitely refer anyone I know in the market to purchase a vehicle to Courtesy Ford and to ask for Courtland Bullard. Outstanding experience all the way around!! More

I will NEVER do business with this dealership! I supported a dear friend and purchased my first truck [2024 Ranger] here. That was the ONLY positive interaction. I had to go to another dealership I supported a dear friend and purchased my first truck [2024 Ranger] here. That was the ONLY positive interaction. I had to go to another dealership for my 1st oil change because they never returned my call to set it up. I explained I needed an appointment because my time off is very limited. [Thank you Alan Vigil in Morrow❤️] The Ranger has a recall and I was sent a letter to have it serviced at my purchasing dealership. I called set up the appointment and was offered a "valet" pickup from my home. I was assured the work would take 4 hours max to complete. I should have anticipated a "whole fiasco" when the valet wasn't here at the scheduled pick up time [930a] and no one called to let me know why. I called and they then said 1130a.."we weren't aware the service writer had scheduled a pickup and he isnt in until 11a". Mind you all transactions generate a text message. Oh wait it gets worse. I didnt start my clock until after noon. So, in my mind they should have my Truck completed by 4p and back to me by 5p. Nope!! My original salesman [Dexter Meadows❤️] noticed my truck (my plates are distinctive) and called me thinking I was there at the dealership. He went over to check the progress only to be told they hadn't begun the work at 430p!! IYKYK..I was livid. I started calling service immediately only to be told they needed to keep my vehicle until tomorrow. I told the service writer to take my truck out of the bay and return it to me IMMEDIATELY! Needless to say I heard "I am sorry " umpteen times. As I steamed, I called the GM and Service Manager both who leave conveniently at 5p. I have no problems leaving voicemails. Apparently they decided to miraculously complete the recall repair in 2 hours. No one told me until I started dropping "F Bombs" and told them I'd be there expeditiously to get my Ranger. Fast forward to 7pm and they were rolling to return my vehicle by 730p. As I'm posting this to Facebook, I get a survey text asking about my service experience. IYKYK...Courtesy Ford is toast. Google review loading!! More
