SERVICE VISIT

Courtesy Kia are liars and thieves. The service department people are arrogant and ignorant liars. Went in for an oil change only, and they charged for tire rotation, lubrication,(no su The service department people are arrogant and ignorant liars. Went in for an oil change only, and they charged for tire rotation, lubrication,(no such thing on new cars). They took advantage of my wife, cause I couldn’t be there, they said can only use Kia oil (never heard of it) . I went to confront them and they threw me out. Unbelievable ! They lost me as a customer. So I hope many people see this review and never go to Courtesy Ford Kia of Altoona,Pa. They are liars and thieves !!! More

$78 oil change. Ridiculous ! And then when you call them out on it, they throw you out. Hey no problem, I’ll never go back again. Plenty of other dealerships to deal with.
