Brian got back to me right away and helped me to navigate the purchasing process. He even communicated via my preferred method, no attempt to force me onto the phone or get me into the dealership right away. No gimmicks, no games, just a smooth purchasing process. He was even good with our kids! The finance managers, Erin & Brian, also did a great job of communicating and getting all the necessary paperwork in order. Overall we could not be happier with our purchase of a brand new Ford F-150 from Courtesy Ford in Altoona !!!!! More
