I did finally speak to someone but took forever. A good 2 hrs. And the work till 2pm. Appointment was at 10am. And like I figured I told them id bet retirement on it they messed up my gap coverage too sure enough but they claim the financer wouldn’t do it that is not true I spoke to the financer today. Actually fun fact financer as was getting loan said dealer never gave them my employment information or nothing like that like they were supposed to. It started off wrong and should’ve ran other way . They actually do deserve negative stars two and one is generous. They also use I don’t know a lot or they say that didn’t happen when faced with facts or questions. I can’t find anything redeemable or honest there . They admit how bad they look from my perspective too but won’t do much they are too much into trying to defend how right they are and find excuses then help with solutions. They indicated to dealer rater they helped resolve my issue I got notified , they haven’t helped to resolve nothing and got no intention to do so. Even if couldn’t give exactly what I asked for because their mess up they could’ve came up with other solution like hey we could do this . They didn’t instead be rude lie and so on.
