Service advisor tried to sell services for stuff my vehicle didn’t even have (Transfer case flush on a 2WD). They said my battery failed and wanted to charge $443 for a new battery. I refused and took vehicle didn’t even have (Transfer case flush on a 2WD). They said my battery failed and wanted to charge $443 for a new battery. I refused and took vehicle to another auto center after I picked it up and they said it tested just fine. In November (3 months ago) this same dealership said my fuel pump failed and said it was falling apart but when I took it in recently they said it was fine and showing good fuel pressure. Do not trust this dealership. More

Went to Courtesy Jeep today to get my vehicle serviced today was walking around the dealership talked with Andre Hall about new car inventory as they did not have new available when I bought mine. He said the dealership could buy my mine back and get me into a new one for better payments than I already had !!! He is honest and straight forward no hassles !!!
