He said he could do my oil change now and to just wait in lobby in his sight. 2 hours and 20 minutes later I approached him and asked if my car had even been taken back yet. He stated that he can’t just put me in front of other people. I informed him that it would have been appropriate to inform me of this instead of allowing me to waste 2 hrs of my life. The guy was 20 ft from me and didn’t say a word. Only reason I waited that long was because it took 2hr last time as well. I left, canceled my molar warranty bought from them, and will never return. The money I lost by waiting for this nonsense could have changed my oil for 4 years. More
Matt was great and was proactive in getting repairs covered by my warranty. Never felt pressured to do more than I needed but he gave honest informed opinions on what repairs/services could address my covered by my warranty.
