The sales team at the dealership was fantastic and made the buying experience enjoyable. However, the detailing service was extremely disappointing. Since this was the first car I purchased on my own, I was especially let down by the lack of care in presenting it. Unfortunately, the finance, titling, and registration process was even more frustrating. The finance manager, Andres, was very rude and rushed me through the paperwork without taking the time to explain things clearly. His tone became so unprofessional that I ultimately felt uncomfortable and had to leave. The sales team at the dealership was fantastic and made the buying experience enjoyable. The car was not properly cleaned at delivery, and after bringing it back for a second attempt, it was still not done to an acceptable standard. As a first-time buyer purchasing a car on my own, I expected much better attention to detail and care. The finance and registration process was even more frustrating. The finance manager, Andres, was rude, dismissive, and rushed me through the paperwork without clearly explaining anything. His tone became so unprofessional that I ultimately felt uncomfortable enough to leave. What should have been a simple tag transfer with Delaware registration was handled incorrectly, and my vehicle was mistakenly registered in Florida. It has now been over two months of back-and-forth trying to correct this issue, with little to no communication. I’ve made multiple attempts to reach someone for updates, and it has been extremely difficult to get a response. While the sales team was great, my overall experience was disappointing due to poor detailing, unprofessional conduct in finance, and ongoing registration issues. I would strongly encourage future buyers to proceed with caution, especially when it comes to the finance and titling process. More
