What can you say when you bring the car there, they make you pay $200 only to look at it, they tell you that the vehicle has no problems, do nothing, charge you the money, and you go home with the same issu you pay $200 only to look at it, they tell you that the vehicle has no problems, do nothing, charge you the money, and you go home with the same issues for which you have been there in the first place... I hope they have at least looked at it. They definitely have not tested it since the problem is still the same (the back door does not fully open). Given our history with this dealer's service, I really need to see a psychologist to understand why I am still going there... I wish I could give a 0-star rating. I have also asked to speak with a supervisor. They told me they would have called back... Still waiting... More
