What can you say when you bring the car there, they make you pay $200 only to look at it, they tell you that the vehicle has no problems, do nothing, charge you the money, and you go home with the same issu you pay $200 only to look at it, they tell you that the vehicle has no problems, do nothing, charge you the money, and you go home with the same issues for which you have been there in the first place... I hope they have at least looked at it. They definitely have not tested it since the problem is still the same (the back door does not fully open). Given our history with this dealer's service, I really need to see a psychologist to understand why I am still going there... I wish I could give a 0-star rating. I have also asked to speak with a supervisor. They told me they would have called back... Still waiting... More

When my daughter and I were met on the lot by Zachary Reynolds with a genuine smile, courteous handshake and positive words, we knew it was going to be a good experience. He quickly returned with the key Reynolds with a genuine smile, courteous handshake and positive words, we knew it was going to be a good experience. He quickly returned with the keys to the 2025 Kia Sportage that we had found online. After we both test drove it, we sat down to make our “out the door offer”…. Knowing in advance what our bottom line was paid off! After a few trips back and forth with the manager we got down to the paperwork and drove the new car off the lot in under 2 hours. Doing the homework, having a plan and a great sales person like Zach made our car buying experience a pleasure. In fact, we liked the car and the seamless transaction so much that my husband and I went back to see Zach and bought another end of year 2025 Kia Sportage for me!
