Mi experiencia con los vendedores y el advocate de servicio han sido excelentes. Pero el servicio es lento, demasiado hasta para un simple cambio de aceite y filtro; Hasta 4 horas esperando. En una servicio han sido excelentes. Pero el servicio es lento, demasiado hasta para un simple cambio de aceite y filtro; Hasta 4 horas esperando. En una ocasión me dicen tu carro está por salir después de horas esperando y yo le digo como si mi carro sigue ahí, donde lo estacioné… ya era hora de cerrar, no me hicieron el servicio ese día. I've dealt with the service and body shop and both departments need a lot of help. I trust nothing that either one has to say. They have terrible customer service. They have no communication with the departments need a lot of help. I trust nothing that either one has to say. They have terrible customer service. They have no communication with the customer and just leave you hanging. I was told I would have my car back at 4pm on a Friday and I didn't get it back until Tuesday. Service manager likes to talk to down to you. I will never do business with them again. More
