I had scheduled appts for an oil change and an anti-theft software update. Was told it would be about 2.5 hr wait. (Eventhough when I had called to confirm my appts I was told it would be about 1.5 hrs). Aft software update. Was told it would be about 2.5 hr wait. (Eventhough when I had called to confirm my appts I was told it would be about 1.5 hrs). After waiting 2 hrs 10 minutes I texted the advisor that was assigned to me to see how close was is to being finished. I was a texted a list of recommended services that were needed. I declined all. I was texted the price for my oil change ..was intitially the wrong price.. After inquiring about the price it did get corrected.. I went to the desk assuming my vehicle was done.. Since I already had been there 2.5 hrs. Was told it would be at least another 1/2 hr as they just needed to run the software update... Absolutely ludicrous. 3 hrs for a scheduled appt. More
