I went to visit Kia after my car was totaled due to being hit in a car accident. I was very worried I wouldn’t be worried due to my credit not being the best it can be right now. I was told the charge for a diagnosis would be $175 + tax. When I went to pay and pick up my car, the price was over $204.00. I was charged a misc. fee of $17.50 and a fee for disposable. Kia only had to check why there was a poping noise coming from either the front end or steering column. What was there to dispose of? Brad was the front worker who I had. He told me $17.50 was a government fee. Government fee is the taxes. So I believe I was overcharged by at least $15.00. I will not go there again. 2015 Kia Sorento. I was told I needed struts and the cost would be over $1500. 2 stars for waiting area. More

Usually I have a good experience but I didn't this time. I dropped off my car at 9am and I literally had to call at 5:40pm to see if I was getting my car back. I was told a voicemail was left. Well, it must have been another number. Why there wasn't a follow up via text is beyond me. I ended up picking my car up at 7pm unconvincing everyone. I was not called. There was no follow up text. Your system is quick to advise what's wrong with the car via text and collect consent, but no follow up. Which is not the norm. Then to be giving a predetermined cheat sheet on how to answer a survery is a joke in itself. Not to mention it is steering the customer instead of getting real responses. It's all a joke. More
