I scheduled the service on a working day and waited for more than 15 minutes at the outside desk for the shuttle, but it never arrived. When I approached the desk, I found the driver was already there and more than 15 minutes at the outside desk for the shuttle, but it never arrived. When I approached the desk, I found the driver was already there and then got the shuttle. Additionally, I requested vacuum cleaning and washing at least twice, but neither was done properly. Recently had 2021 Telluride serviced for Oil change, alignment and tire rotation. Additional service recommended for belt and valve to the tune of $694. Service was performed in a timely manner. However, vehicle was not wash afterwards, nor was i asked if I wanted it washed. Figure after shelling out about $700 this would be an automatic service. More
