After a horrible ordeal at another dealership going to Courtesy Kia was like a breath of fresh air. I contacted Jeremy via email on a Friday afternoon about pricing and locating the specific vehicle I wanted and within an hour he had emailed me with the out the door price and assured me he could locate and get me the vehicle I wanted (as they did not have it on site). By Monday morning they had done a dealer trade and called to let me know they got the exact vehicle I wanted. As Jeremy could not be there when I picked up the vehicle that night, he left me in the very capable hands of an associate, Nathan VanWalker. He was also excellent, friendly and thorough about explaining everything I needed to know about my new car. When I went into the dreaded "financing" office to sign the papers nothing had changed. The price was what Jeremy had quoted me, actually less after figuring in my trade and the financing guys were pleasant and not overly pushy on trying to sell all the added "warranties", like most dealers. I can't thank Jeremy, Nathan and everyone at this dealership for their fast, friendly and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car! More

Tommy Whelan, John Williams and Rafael were great to work with and their follow up was excellent. I test drove a Soul with Rafael last September 2011 and was not ready to make a decision to purchase at that with and their follow up was excellent. Once I was ready, he was Johnny on the Spot and pulled my new Soul purchase deal together with the assistance of Tommy Whelan and John Williams and I received an excellent trade in for my 2008 Kia Sorento and excellent financing from Bo, the finance manager. I started looking for a new Kia Sorento at local dealers, but with my first choice I felt like the salesman there was not really interested in compromising on anything. The salesperson at the next dealer near my town was helpful and friendly, but just couldn't find what I was looking for. I called Tommy Whelan at Courtesy Kia and it was the best experience I've ever had when buying a car. I told him what I was looking for and gave him an idea of my budget. He said he would see what he could do, then called me back a short time later with exactly what I was looking for much closer to my stated budget than anyone else had come (the first salesman tried to sell me a Sorento with less options and a smaller engine for about $2000 more). Needless to say I was a little wary because it sounded so good and was so easy in comparison to dealing with the other dealerships, but decided that we would give it a try. From the moment we pulled up in the parking lot, we were greeted with top-notch customer service. Every question we had was answered in a no-pressure and friendly manner, and there were no bait-and-switch tactics, either. The exact vehicle Tommy quoted over the phone was presented upon my arrival. I can't say enough nice things about the folks at Courtesy Kia, especially Tommy. More
