I got sold a patch tire that was patched twice already, was given a retractable cover that doesnt belong to the car and the radio clock wont reset permantley therefore have to go to another dealer Update- More

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your frustration. When the tire concern was brought to our attention, our records indicated one previous repair, and we addressed the tire concern at no charge. The retractable cover referenced is the cover that was with the vehicle when it was acquired. Regarding the clock, we identified two Nissan-specific software updates and advised that these would need to be completed by a Nissan dealer, where they should be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. We’re always happy to assist with any concerns within our ability and help direct our guests when manufacturer-specific service is required.
