I waited for 3 hours to get an oil change and state inspection. I wasn't planning on needing any additional repairs, but of course they required me to get work done in order to pass it for inspection. inspection. However the staff is very nice especially Paul and I know they do a thorough job and that's why I didn't mind so much waiting. I had an appointment for 10AM. I arrived at 9:45. Explained I was there for an inspection and a vibration issue on my 2 week old used car. I asked the gentleman should I get a loaner and come back. H Explained I was there for an inspection and a vibration issue on my 2 week old used car. I asked the gentleman should I get a loaner and come back. He said shouldn’t take too long. The car wasn’t touched until 11:45. I finally got the car back at 12:50 ish. This was supposed to be them making up for a review I had just made. I was told the GM wanted to talk to me. I didn’t see or hear from that person. They wanted to fix the issues so the review doesn’t stick. I also informed the person that called me to take my review back that my driver side mirror signal was broken when I drove the car off the lot. Doesn’t seem to have been looked at. They offer a lifetime engine warranty if you get all your service there. It may be worth breaking that to never have to deal with this company again. Especially because I now have a bent driver side wheel rim. Thanks for that. Aaron the phone guy was a nice guy. Liked him. Be better. I More
