Hi Camilly, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced throughout this process. We understand how difficult it is to be without your vehicle for an extended period, and we recognize that the lack of consistent updates added to that frustration. We take that feedback seriously and will use it as an opportunity to improve our communication moving forward. In this particular case, the challenge was that your vehicle is more than 15 years old and requires a component that Mitsubishi no longer manufactures or supplies. Unfortunately, once a manufacturer discontinues a part, our ability to source a new replacement becomes extremely limited. We explored all available channels within our network, but the required component simply was not available through Mitsubishi or our parts suppliers. While we understand your desire for additional assistance in locating the part elsewhere, our dealership is generally limited to sourcing components through manufacturer-approved and professional supplier channels. As a result, we were unable to guarantee the quality, availability, or compatibility of parts that may have been available through private sellers or third-party marketplaces. That said, we appreciate your recognition of our staff's responsiveness when contacted and our decision not to charge diagnostic fees since we were ultimately unable to complete the repair. We truly regret that we could not provide the outcome you were hoping for and wish you the best in locating a solution for your vehicle. Thank you again for your feedback.

I gave a second chance and I have to say BEWARE! I am incredibly disappointed with this place. In the past it was fantastic. Now, it’s just like every other service station connected with a dealership. They have given me the runaround twice now and I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, but now I’m just mad. First, I brought my car in due to the check engine light being on. I picked it up and the lights still on. They say it wasn’t on for them. Fine, benefit of the doubt. I then make another appointment online, drop my car off the night before the appointment, put the keys in an envelope with a note in the drop box. The next day, my husband called towards the end of the day since we hadn’t heard back. They knew nothing about the car and put my husband on hold. He waited for 7 minutes and then called back with no answer. I called back the next morning and was told there was no appointment and they couldn’t take my car for a diagnostic for a couple of weeks, but they could do an oil change. No appointment? Fine, things happen, but they were really going to make me wait “a few weeks” when they already had my car, no apology for the mix up at all. So I said yes to the oil change. Again, no call by the end of the day. I call and ask if the oil change was done. Nope! Ok fine, I told them I needed the car and asked if they could please lock the keys in the car so I could pick it up. They assured me they would do this and I could pick it up anytime. I then drive the 40 minutes (we bought the car here and have liked the service so it was worth the drive) to pick up my car and the keys aren’t anywhere to be seen. Now, I’m fairly certain they lost my keys and even if they didn’t I have to go back there again to get them. I will update if I get a satisfactory response. It’s unfortunate this place has gone down hill so quickly.

UPDATE: Peter at Courtesy reached out and then when I called the next morning he immediately got on the phone with me. We ended up having a few phone conversations. He was apologetic, helpful, and wanted to make things right. Peter made sure the missing key was located, then we scheduled a time for my car to go in. He did not want to inconvenience me further so he had someone from the shop come to my house pick up the car, leave me a rental, deal with the issues, give it the inspection sticker, and then drive the car back. They also filled the gas tank! Peter then called again to make sure everything was all set. The two drivers were also kind and professional. They both updated me with there arrival times and the drop off gentleman explained what was done to the car. They did this the week of Christmas, so I'm sure with staff probably on vacation it was no small fete getting it in and sending drivers. I have to say it was a super frustrating experience, but Peter made sure I ended up walking away from it happy. It ended up being excellent customer service.
