Alyson from internet sales did a masterful job answering my questions leading up to my decision to stop by. My wife and I were warmly greeted by Teddy and the rest of the floor associates. Teddy was so good, I forgot his name for most of the time me and my wife were there. That's what great customer service does! You remember the experience more than the details. I was not expecting to leave with a vehicle the same day I walked in, much less any brand new one. Well Teddy changed that expectation. Within 4 hours, I was driving out in a 2025 Rogue SV on my birthday. This is my 3rd vehicle from Courtesy Nissan. Way to keep this guy as a loyal customer. Thank you all! More
