She was amazing! Great job at communicating what I need to get changed or not, she even popped open the hood to look herself before sending it in. Great service!!! We purchased a used 2022 Chevy Colorado late Friday evening June 6 for my son and Monday morning, 6/9, found out the insurance cost would be too high. We contacted the dealer immediately to use their evening June 6 for my son and Monday morning, 6/9, found out the insurance cost would be too high. We contacted the dealer immediately to use their 3 day return policy but was told that we were past the return date - and that Sunday, 6/8, when the dealership was closed, was the last day to return the car. I asked multiple dealership representatives to review with me the fine print - the disclaimer - that says that "for any return or exchange the dealership must be notified by 5pm on the 7th calendar day after purchase." The disclaimer does not detail the 3 day provision at all. They each looked at me like I had two heads, spoke impatiently and disappointed that I wouldn’t accept their explanations as the final answer, and passed me onto the next person. The first man only knew a memorized statement and walked away when I pressed him for details on the disclaimer. The second man didn’t seem to appreciate my questions and quit on me in under two minutes when he refused to read the disclaimer with me. Finally we got handed off to the dealership manager, Augustus, - who bragged about his purchase of a $137K vehicle then commented that he was surprised that a person of "my intelligence" would not be aware that there would be an increase in insurance cost with a newer vehicle.... But he would be happy to work with us on a vehicle exchange. Important to note that Augustus also mentioned that the Clay Cooley family always wins the Small Claims Court cases, in the event I may have been considering such. He offered to help find a suitable vehicle for exchange and committed to searching all 20+ Cooley dealerships plus contacting their auction buyer to find the perfect truck to fit our budget. We were given 3 exchange options that evening, Monday, - all options available on the lot at Courtesy Nissan. The next day, Tuesday, my son received a text asking if he would be coming into the dealership again, but was not given any indication that other possible vehicles had been found. Also important to note that the General Manager also had my cell number and no communication was sent to it on any day. My son has sent follow up texts to the direct number given to us by the General Manager as well as to the general sales text number. Each message has been read but he received no response. Today is the 7th day of possible exchange for the truck we purchased. I’m not sure what will happen but I am feeling fairly confident that nothing will be resolved with this dealership. We never received word that the manager searched for possible vehicles thru their auction rep or at any of the other Cooley dealerships. We never received word on anything other than that we ended up in a big ol mess with this deal. Also important to note that this dealership adds a nonnegotiable fee of approximately $2k to the purchase price of at least each new used vehicle. And no, don’t ask them to remove it or they’ll lose their minds. And I must add that the young man that originally showed us the truck, Daniel, is great. But he is new and he is just now learning the business. Young Daniel, may you always choose good and allow your career to grow from positive interactions with your customers. More

not applicable - the survey is sufficient for me. It covers all the bases and do not think that anything else needs to be said. It covers all the bases and do not think that anything else needs to be said. More
