Schedule a routine oil change/tire rotation and when I arrived the service drive was empty. Took several minutes for an advisor to come out and great me. Once greeted and checked in with Shelton, he mentioned that the service department was a little behind and it would possibly be 2 hours. After 3 HOURS I checked in with Shelton and and he assured me they had a tech on it and would be done shortly. After 4 HOURS and this time speaking to the Service Manager Manuel, I was then told it was in the wash bay and would be out shortly. I did not ever expect a simple oil change/tire rotation to take 4 HOURS and then not to be updated with this being the situation. I have been a loyal customer to your dealership, but this is totally not acceptable. More

Very low trade value. Have a brand new 2024 Buick Envision Avenir with less than 100 miles on it. They offered 34k for it. When I said that was unacceptable, a sales manager came over and tried to explain why. He told me that he had found a brand new red one that was listed for 40k. This cars MSRP is 48.5k. Asked where he found this, and he refused to tell me. I came home and did a search on Buick website and built my exact car. I did an inventory search for it @ 2000 miles and the closest one I found to the dealership had a price of 47.5k. No one had one anywhere near 40k. I even searched used cars and found nothing. Talk about trying to be taken advantage of. Then they asked if I would consider a used car. I don't think the fact that I didn't like the trade amount didn't matter to them just as long as they sold me a car. The used car manager even came over and tried to shake my hand and I refused. I didn't want to talk to anyone else especially someone in used cars. He left kind of pissed. Once I got my key back, I was out the door. I was surprised to see that the dealership was part of the Clay Cooley auto group. I don't know if that had anything to do with it or not. More
David and Bennett in the parts department are extremely helpful. I was having a horrible morning after waking up to a flat and finding out we had misplaced our lugnut key. The dealership I purchased from and normally go to was not able to help and wanted to charge an arm and a leg. I called Courtesy and spoke with David and Bennet and they helped with what I needed. I sent my husband up there with the car and they helped make sure he got what we needed and it was even cheaper than we expected. They really saved my day! More

LUIS refused to communicate with me along with Clay Cooley himself !! Update 7/29/24 No response from the dealership or Clay Cooley after my letter. I have maybe 700 miles on the car. Avoid driving it as humanly possible. It’s a lemon. April 24, 2024 got bullied into leasing a car. Sight, unseen. I was sick the whole time severe nausea. All I wanted to know is how much they wanted to give me for my car cause I was thinking about getting one from a different dealership. Since I’ve had such horrible times at this one. I did not want a 2023 rogue I want a 2024 rogue. They lied to me about that. never showed me the paperwork, but I was so sick. I just wanted to leave. I am stuck with a car that has un tinted driver and passenger side windows, the black paint makes the car hotter . Well, there’s nothing on top of it no sealant to protect the paint just straight off the ship or the truck. Not worth 40K that I’m paying for. A prior complaint May 24 Luis chose not to meet with me regarding my issues and gave me a half a tank of gas which I did not need in a car wash which I did not need and it took an hour for this to happen. I was going out of town, but that destroyed my plants because I was so mad and it took so long . My issues are not resolved! The car does not drive RIGHT!! No tint in the windows on the driver side! This dealership does not do good job on handling upset customers when they deliberately bully A sick old woman into getting a car I did not want. I said 1000 times I did not want a 2023 vehicle.. I was sick when this transaction pulled the tape .. I am paying $100 more total for a car. LUIS refused to talk to me on May 23. He continues to refuse to talk to me as of July 23. They thought A half a tank of gas and a car wash does not solve the problem. Not talking to me was your biggest mistake! Made me now believe that I am not a valued human being/customer at Courtesy Nissan . I wasn’t worth LUIS time.
