They have made significant changes in their service delivery - I can now schedule my car in with the advisor I request (they are all good!); they honor their time commitments - and when they can't, they take care if you with car complimentary rides or loaner cars. They treat everyone like you just bought a brand new Mercedes every time you go in! More
