Very positive experience purchasing our new Nissan Pathfinder at Courtesy Nissan. It's Been about a month and 1200 miles, and I am finally finding time for a review. I am 82 years old, and my wife is Pathfinder at Courtesy Nissan. It's Been about a month and 1200 miles, and I am finally finding time for a review. I am 82 years old, and my wife is a cancer patient, so we are very busy. We had a 1yr old car. Our car was not a problem, but we did not like it. I started looking at the pathfinder on line, and studied all the models, features, options, and reviews. I was favorably impressed, and, at 10AM suggested to my wife we take a look at the local dealer Courtesy, and check out the pathfinder. She immediately agreed. Shortly after we went to Courtesy, which turned out to be close, inviting, and comfortable. We were warmly greeted, and assigned to Josh. Josh made us very relaxed as he had a vast knowledge of the car we were considering, answered all our questions, and assured us he could get us the model, with features, options and color we desired. Josh located the car at another dealer, and arranged a transfer to Courtesy. He personally picked up the car and drove it back to Courtesy, while we waited. We checked out the car and were favorably impressed. We negotiated an agreeable price and terms with Josh and his team. Hasan was very friendly and helpful with the financing. Upon delivery Josh connected any services, like MyNisson, phone, driver ect. He explained the important features, and answered any questions we had regarding our new "Spaceship" For my wife and I, it was a lot of data to absorb at once. Josh suggested we contact him, or return anytime with any issues or questions. Josh introduced us to the service department and Dan, who is extremely friendly. After delivery, Josh and Courtesy representatives have contacted us to assure we had no issues and confirm services available to us. The service department has already scheduled the first maintenance appointment. To sum it up, we had a great experience dealing with Courtesy Nissan, Josh and other related personnel , 5 STAR+, not the usual nightmare usually experienced with purchasing a new car. My honest review…. I most likely will not buy another car here. It was a horrible process for me. There were about 2 to 3 staff members that I really appreciated. The finance team was a horrible experience for sure the team was pushy and when they made a mistake they tried to play with my intelligence. So I wouldn’t buy a car here again and I wouldn’t send anyone in my family here to buy one either. It didn’t start off as horrible as it ended though. I thought the team was a good one at first. I just wish I would have stayed that way throughout the whole process. Update: 12/20/25 I want to add to this review. I want to point out that the manager Luis is really great at what he does for this company. I haven’t been the easiest customer to deal with and I honestly gave him a really hard time. He was really amazing at keeping his cool throughout the whole process. The level of patience that he displayed was amazing given that I really gave him a hard time unfortunately. I really appreciate him for the patience and kindness that he displayed while working with me. He assured me that the issue that I was dealing with when it came to my vehicle tires, he would help me with resolving it.He’s a great representation of this business and he’s a great example for his team. I just wish everybody could approach hard situations with customers in the same manner. For me personally Luis would be the reason I send my friends and family to this dealership. Luis, thank you for being so kind and patient with me during my frustration. You truly displayed why you are the boss and it wasn’t unnoticed. Thanks again!! More

Beware, I went there to purchase a new Nissan Pathfinder. Negotiated a price, later to find out numbers were moved and added to the purchase price. I arrived back at the dealership to discuss my finding and was told too bad. Take it or they would place a lien on the vehicle and mark it as a repo and go after me with credit report and a repossession on my record. Very disappointing. Please everyone use a pen and paper go over the numbers before you sign anything. I was supposed to get a $2000. discount they denied such a deal. My salesmen when I asked twice about the discount, he stood there not saying a word. More
