Brought my 98 Honda Accord in because it wasn't starting. They said the engine control unit needed to be replaced, paid them $840 to do so. After 1 week they did the service. I Picked up the car, brought it home, got ready to go to work, same problem. They sent a tow truck to deliver back to the shop. After more diagnostics, they claim I needed a new fuel pump (it's brand new). Claim the car starts 9/10 times. I brought the car home, and the same problem occurred, again immediately. Car won't start. They left my car seat covers in grease and never addressed the main problem. You would think Honda would know how to fix their own cars. I guess because my car is old they don't care. More

My sales person Val was absolutely great. Really appreciated him taking his time with making sure I was in a car that I loved. Only reason I bought the car was him.
