My sales person Val was absolutely great. Really appreciated him taking his time with making sure I was in a car that I loved. Only reason I bought the car was him. Cost was fantastic. Said they would fix a dent and clean fog on the headlights before it was given to me. Also when being delivered to me, they drove it to me, adding 150 miles to the car before I ever got to drive it, and left me with 3/4 of a tank instead of full. More

Started looking at several new SUVs. Mazda, Kia, Buick and Honda. Decided we were staying with our 23 Buick Envision. Getting followup calls from Ed at Courtesy Honda in Palm Honda broug Mazda, Kia, Buick and Honda. Decided we were staying with our 23 Buick Envision. Getting followup calls from Ed at Courtesy Honda in Palm Honda brought me back to looking at the Honda CRV. Loved the fit and finish plus the solid quiet ride of the CRV. Started negotiating with Ed and his Sales Mgr, Jose. They offered very competitive price plus good price for my trade in. Great safety rating, saved on insurance, better gas mileage and resale value closed the deal. Ed was very professional, answered all my questions and was never aggressive. I would highly recommend Courtesy Honda, in addition their add on fees like dealer profit, doc filing was the lowest I’ve seen. Best car buying process I’ve ever seen. More
