Went for oil change because of coupon they sent me. I told the service writer I would be waiting. He told me it would probably take longer since I was using a coupon. Not sure why that would be true. On the other hand, the guy who checked me out was great. Very friendly. Asked me the usual questions about recommended services and I gave the usual response. He didn’t push and checked me out efficiently. Also no arguments on the price. Exactly as I expected. I have been to other dealers where they end up with a price different from the coupon. More

Waits are too long despite having appointments… once waited for nearly 5 hours for an oil change tire rotation… I’ve spent so much money on unnecessary services… I told them my car was jerking they tell waited for nearly 5 hours for an oil change tire rotation… I’ve spent so much money on unnecessary services… I told them my car was jerking they tell me it’s the transmission something I pay for it I bring it back it’s still doing the same thing then they tell me it’s something else I pay for it… still jerking… after 2 or 3 useless services turns out it’s jerking at low speeds because of the economy mode being on… like thousands of dollars later like seriously??? the staff always seems like they’re having a bad day… most recently have been having issues with my rear passenger clip that for whatever reason keeps popping off don’t know if it’s a manufacturer defect or from the heat but no one sits on that side however Jonny the associate in the service department was adamant that I pulled it off as he’s never heard of them breaking before. (There’s a whole forum about in online you should check it out sometime) Buts it’s the 3rd time the thing has broken and it’s the same one they supposedly fix. But regardless they decline to stand behind their work and told me it will cost 70$ to fix a literal 5$ clip. The same price as an oil change????… there’s another dealership down the street I guess I’ll take my business there. More
