I did an extensive internet search for a used Toyota RAV4. I was contacted by a number of sales people but none were as affable and easy to deal with as Jamie. He followed up, but was not pushy and when I did decide to visit Palm Harbor Honda to test drive a vehicle I found his professionalism refreshing. This dealership worked with me and did not pressure me to make a decision that I might have ultimately regretted. I highly recommend Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda and Jamie Beval. Jamie Belval is the gold medal winner in the olympics of car sales and customer service! We were amazed as he did hand springs, cart wheels, back flips and leaped over obstacles in a single bound while help car sales and customer service! We were amazed as he did hand springs, cart wheels, back flips and leaped over obstacles in a single bound while helping us move up the used car line of Hondas. In the end, we upgraded from a 2006 to a 2009 with 20,000 fewer miles, remaining warranty and even managed to get us great financing at $100 LESS than we had been paying on a previous "deal" we had received from another dealer 9 months earlier. Jamie was great to work with. He and Troy (the manager)located a CRV in the color and trim level I wanted at the lowest price of any of the dealerships I had checked. The atmoshphere at the dealership is friendly and I didn't feel the any of the high pressure tactics that one usually associates with buying a car. I would have liked to get a little more for my trade in and I also would have liked to be aware of the prices for the service contracts (they didn't tell me about that until the end, after I had made the deal for the car). For those two reasons I gave a little lower score for price. However, I do feel I got a very good price on the CRV itself. I would recommend Jamie and Palm Harbor Honda to anyone who wants a pleasant car buying experience at a customer friendly dealership! More

This has been the ultimate car experience for me and my husband. We were not even thinking of a new car, but one minute I was playing scrabble on my computer and an hour later we bought a new car. Our previous car was only a year old, but we were thinking more on the line of gas mileage. So we traded our 2010 Grand Marquis for a new Honda Fit and everytime we go out I think of the money we are saving on gas. And my brother has a Merecedes and Honda Civic and told me his Honda is so much better than his Merecedes. Next time he needs a new car he will trade his Mercedes for a Honda. I love driving it because of all the windows. There are no blind spots. Our salesman, Jamie Belval, was the best. I think he was excited for us as much as we were. I am so proud to own a Honda. This car will outlive me!! I would recommend this dealership, and Jamie, in a hearbeat. We could not be more satisfied. One more thing, I contacted Lokey Kia and Honda from my computer to get an idea on a new car. Within minutes I got 3 emails from Jamie Belval (Honda), and a telephone call. Lokey did not try to reach us until hours later - too late. Good customer service from Honda paid off for all parties concerned. I was imnpressed and greatful for the response time. More

Chris was very pleasant to work with. He went out of his way to make sure the vehicle I originally went to see was ready for me when I arrived. When I did not want to buy that car, he helped me find one tha way to make sure the vehicle I originally went to see was ready for me when I arrived. When I did not want to buy that car, he helped me find one that would work for me. Ryan, in finance, was also very nice to work with. As most people in this area of the business most often make their money by selling packages to go along with your car purchase, he went through the usual pitch without being at all pushy about any of it. I think I might have had a better experience if I had known more about the car I actually ended up buying and if I hadn't ended up spending 5 hours there when I thought I would only spend an hour and a half. Since I wasn't in a hurry to buy a car, I could have left if I didn't think they were giving me a fair deal. Like most people I dislike buying a car because you are always worried you will overpay especially if you are a women. I am really happy with my decision and the way I was treated. I RECENTLY PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND AM DISSAPOINTED IN THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM THEIR SERVICE/DETAIL DEPARTMENTS. I WAS SHOWN A VEHICLE THAT HAD BEEN JUST TUREND IN THAT I HAD SEEN O AM DISSAPOINTED IN THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM THEIR SERVICE/DETAIL DEPARTMENTS. I WAS SHOWN A VEHICLE THAT HAD BEEN JUST TUREND IN THAT I HAD SEEN ON THE INTERNET. THIS VEHICLE WAS NOT SERVICED YET NOR WAS IT DETAILED. I WAS ASSURED IF I LIKED IT, THAT EVERYTHING WOULD LOOK WONDERFUL AND THAT I COULD PICK IT UP IN 2 DAYS. I WAS COOERCED INTO SIGNING THE PAPERS TO HELP THEM MEET THE END OF THE MONTH QUOTA WITHOUT THE VEHICLE EVEN BEING READY FOR DELIVERY TO ME. IN GOOD FAITH I HELPED THEM OUT AND SIGNED THE PAPERS. 2 DAYS LATER WHEN I WENT TO PICK THE VEHICLE UP, I HAD TO WAIT 2 ADDITIONAL HOURS BECAUSE THE VEHICLE WAS NOT PROPERLY DETAILED AND THEY SENT IT BACK TWO MORE TIMES FOR THE STAFF TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS. WHEN IT CAME OUT IT STILL LOOKED TERRIBLE AND I HAD WAITED 2 HOURS, AFTER WORKING ALL DAY AND LEFT DISGUSTED WITH THE PROMISE THAT THEY WOULD INDEED MAKE IT RIGHT AT A LATER DATE. THEY CALLED AND CANCELLED THEIR FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT FOR DETAIL SERVICE AND NOW ARE ASKING IF I CAN BRING IT IN A WHOLE WEEK LATER TO COMPLETE THE JOB THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMPLETED IN THE FIRST PLACE. MUCH TO MY DISMAY, I AM STUCK IN THIS LOOP. I HAVE HAD TO CANCEL DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS TO ACCOMODATE THEIR SCHEDULE OF WHEN THEIR PEOPLE WILL BE THERE. I DO NOT FEEL SATIFIED AND HAD I KNOWN THAT THIS CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE WOULD HAVE ENDED IN SUCH A FASHION I WOULD HAVE WENT ELSEWHERE. THE STAFF WAS QUITE NICE HOWEVER WHEN SOMEONE IS DROPPING THE BALL LIKE THIS THE NICENESS GOES OUT THE DOOR. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE? WHY MAKE A CUSTOMER WAIT A WEEK? HOW ABOUT SOME ADDITIONAL INCENTIVES? SPENDING THIS AMOUNT OF MONEY IS NOT EASY FOR ALL AND YOU EXPECT WHAT YOU PAY FOR TO LOOK NICE. I AM VERY DISGUSTED WITH THIS WHOLE CAR BUYING PROCESS THROUGH THIS DEALERSHIP. More
