Bought a used Lincoln Navigator here. The price was right, it was exceptionally well dealer prepared, and everything works like new. Very Disappointed with my experience Leasing my Honda Civic Hybrid Junuary this year. Was promised a set monthly payment with no money down. Went to finance dept to sign papers and fast talking clerk t Civic Hybrid Junuary this year. Was promised a set monthly payment with no money down. Went to finance dept to sign papers and fast talking clerk trying to make extra commission charged me extra sales tax and said needed to add expensive 3 year service plan to get gap insurance on lease. Later said gap insurance not needed on lease but could not remove service plan! After speaking with 3 different sales managers, received only apologies and broken promises of a refund. Have not received refund or even a call back! Was a long term customer but this dealership has really gone downhill. Do not recommend. More

Brought my 98 Honda Accord in because it wasn't starting. They said the engine control unit needed to be replaced, paid them $840 to do so. After 1 week they did the service. I Picked up the car, brought it They said the engine control unit needed to be replaced, paid them $840 to do so. After 1 week they did the service. I Picked up the car, brought it home, got ready to go to work, same problem. They sent a tow truck to deliver back to the shop. After more diagnostics, they claim I needed a new fuel pump (it's brand new). Claim the car starts 9/10 times. I brought the car home, and the same problem occurred, again immediately. Car won't start. They left my car seat covers in grease and never addressed the main problem. You would think Honda would know how to fix their own cars. I guess because my car is old they don't care. More
